Shipping: Shipping costs vary per course. The online courses do not have any shipping costs associated with the course since nothing needs to be shipped. The homestudy courses and homestudy courses with online testing do have some shipping costs associated with them. Check each course for the shipping cost associated with it. Returns: The return policy also varies with each course. The online courses have a differnent policy than the homestudy courses. Once an online course is consumed, you cannot obtain a refund. For homestudy courses, the books must be returned to us in good condition with no marks on the content or you may only receive a partial refund. A restocking fee applies for homestudy courses which is a charge of $25 per course. Please note that if you buy a package of courses, there will be a separate restocking fee for each course in the package. Go to each course for more detailed information.
