Course Description: This Texas Real Estate Package consists of the necessary 150 hours to become a real estate salesperson in the state of Texas provided you have previous education satisfactory to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) which can be be seen at http://www.trec.state.tx.us/education/related.asp .
This package meets the 150-hour Core licensing requirement of required courses for salespersons. The first course in the package is Texas Principles of Real Estate #0111 which covers property ownership, property transfer, real estate licensing, finance, math, and fair housing. The second course is Law of Agency which covers an overview of agency concepts, agreements with buyers and sellers, fiduciary duties, intermediaries, agency termination, and employment issues. The third course in this package is Law of Contracts which covers contract law and reviews in detail how to create a contract, contract forms, breaches, provisions and other required topics. The fourth course in this package is Real Estate Appraisal #0211 which covers the principles and practices of real estate appraisal.
This package also includes a Texas Real Estate Exam Preparation courses that includes the only mastery and fluency based exam prep system in the market. It is designed to help you maximize your study time and retain the most important information for exam day. This exam prep includes 6 mastery and fluency based testing lessons and 6 exams both covering hundreds of questions on national and state level content.
