Course Hours: 30 hours every two (2) years.
Course Topics: These courses must include 15 hours of Mandatory courses from the following: Trust Accounts, Misrepresentation, Anti-Trust, Rule and Law Update, Property Management, Commercial Brokerage, Real Estate Taxation: Federal, State and Local, Agency, Fair Housing, Contracts, Evaluation of Property, Brokerage Management, and Land. The other 15 hours are elective courses.
License Renewal Cycle: Must complete your continuing education prior to September 30th annually to avoid a penalty from the state.
