This renewal package can be taken by any New York Real Estate License holder who needs the full 22.5 hours for renewal.
Course Description:
1. Pricing Property to Sell- Covers pricing compared to appraisal, basic concepts of pricing property, principles of value, and more. (Course # M-6987 7.5 hours)
2. Tax Advantages of Home Ownership - Tax benefits for homeowners and how to calculate the taxes that impact the purchase of a home. (Course # M-6985 7.5 hours)
3.New York License Law - This course covers two important topics--the New York State Real Property Law and contracts. (Course # M-6984 7.5 hours)
Completion of these courses meets the 22.5 hour continuing education requirement to renew a salesperson license in New York.
