Course Description: This course covers two important topics--the New York State Real Property Law and contracts. In the section on the Real Property Law, the provisions of the law related to licensure and operating a real estate business are discussed in detail. In the sections on contracts, the various types of contracts used in real estate are explained, along with some provisions of the Statute of Frauds as they relate to real estate contracts.
Minimum System Requirements:
- PC with 450 MHz Intel Pentium II processor (or equivalent) and later
- 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM
- Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution video adapter and monitor
- Internet connection (minimum 56Kbps required, although we highly recommend a high speed connection such as DSL, cable, or T1)
