Course Description:
1. Pricing Property to Sell- Covers pricing compared to appraisal, basic concepts of pricing property, principles of value, and more. (Course # M-6987 7.5 hours)
2. Commercial Sales and Exchanges - Commercial sales transaction and tax deferred exchanges.
(Course # M-6986 7.5 hours)
3.New York License Law - This course covers two important topics--the New York State Real Property Law and contracts. (Course # M-6984 7.5 hours)
Completion of these courses meets the 22.5 hour continuing education requirement to renew a salesperson license in New York.
Completion Processing: By State Law, certificates must be mailed to the student. They cannot be emailed.
Roster Reporting: ClickCE LLC sends periodic rosters to the state as per state rule.
