This course is the mandatory course prescribed by the State of Michigan Real Estate Commission to be eligible for a real estate brokers license in the state of Michigan. Our courses are approved by the state and cover This course covers advanced levels of contracts, property ownership, liens and community ownership, property description and title, leasing land use, and taxation. Pricing property, introduction to finance and real estate math, loans are other topics that are covered. This course also includes the required license law and rules as well as agency, fair housing, and ADA.
