Prelicense

Prelicense education is NOT available outside of a classroom in the state of Arizona.  90 hours are needed

Continuing Education

            Course Hours: 24 hours every two (2) years.

License Renewal Cycle: 2 years from license renewal.

Amount of credit hours that can be done via ClickCE courses per state rules/regulations: 100%

Can Courses Be Repeated: You cannot repeat a course in the same renewal period.  

Course Topics: Must take 3 hours of each of the following: Agency law, Contract law, Commissioner's standards, Real estate legal issues, Fair housing, and Disclosure.  The remaining 6 hours can be in any topic.

Proctor Requirements: NO Proctor required for any CE course
