Course Hours: 75-180 hours depending on the license type which must include 15 hours on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).   Provider Computaught

Continuing Education

            Course Hours: 42 hours per renewal cycle for most licenses

Amount of credit hours that can be done via ClickCE courses per state rules/regulations: 100%

            Course Topics: 7 hours must include USPAP the Colorado Act and policies of the Board. CE Provider: Computaught

Renewal Cycle: biannually (3 years) from the date of certification

Regulatory Board: Colorado Council of Real Estate Appraisers
